Michmoret Beach, Israel – Worth the drive, Great beach!

Tel-Aviv has amazing beaches, and I love spending every minute I can on them but when the weekend comes along, sometimes I just feel like taking a few friends an ipod with speakers and some Arak (Great Summer Drink) and driving a good 40 minute to the northern part of Michmoret beach.

How to get to Michmoret Beach?

Get out of the city, start driving north on road number 2 until you get to “Bet-Yanai and Michmoret” exit, take the exit, take a left and at the end a right. Drive Straight until the road turns into a dirt road, (cross by the banana beach and the quiet beach) keep driving until you see a closed gate, park your car - Youre in heaven

Michmoret Kind of time…

The beach is just amazing, with all the space you’ll ever need for yourself. At the very end of it, you can walk naked and no one would even care.
The beach is also great for camping, you can bring some wood for a fire and camp on it.

If you are more of a “spoiled” person you can walk to the quiet beach and go to “koshis” Restaurant where there are drinks on the bar and great cooked fish, Maroco style!

Whatever you do, don’t miss the sunset, it’s the best part of the day! Enjoy Michmoret
